Cancellation Policy
The Alchemy Lab Medspa & Wellness – Cancellation Policy
We honor your time and energy—and ask that you honor ours. In the spirit of mutual respect and sacred scheduling, please review our cancellation policy below:
1. Appointment Cancellations:
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or reschedules. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 25% cancellation fee.
2. No-Shows:
Clients who miss their appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
3. Late Arrivals:
We understand that life happens. However, arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in shortened services or a reschedule with applicable fees, depending on availability.
4. Emergency Exceptions:
We are committed to compassionate care. In true emergencies, please communicate with us directly. We handle each situation with grace and understanding on a case-by-case basis.
5. Booking Deposit Policy:
A non-refundable deposit may be required for certain services or events to hold your space. This will be applied to your final service cost and is transferrable once if 24-hour notice is provided.
6. Respecting Our Practitioners:
Each session is prepared with intention and care. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of booking privileges.
